Gratitude

There is a story anytime a patient visits a Dr. or they wouldn’t be there. It is how the story evolves that counts. Dr.Bill extends a warm welcome, listens very closely, gathers visual, etc. for me to see and explains the issue. I am one who likes explanations so it furthers my quest to understand. Also, when my husband joined, he was quite pleased with Dr. Bill arranging to move forward quickly in testing on his issue. Also, again an explanation of the steps to clearly evaluate his issue. At our age, it is a comfort to know we have his expertise and readiness to assist.
