Dear Dr. Gottesfeld,
If my heart could speak it would speak volumes about what it is like to be cared for by you. There would be one superlative after the next but none could top the feeling that your presence conveys about how good and wonderful it is to be looked after by someone who cares and is dedicated to being current and knowing as much as possible about the attention we need. If he cant provide it, then he knows where we can find it.
Jan and I are blessed beyond description to be in your care. The sign Jan has put up outside our kitchen window reads, When I count my blessings, I count you twice. Dr. Gottesfeld, we count you twice now and always will.
