Good, Better, Best!

Dr. Paul Coulombe is the person I want to be sure all health related information is at his fingertips. Yes, we go way back in time when his children were in my first grade class. At that time, when I would have an appointment for a sore throat, for example, I would often say to his medical assistant, "I am passing on stepping on the scale today." Since he joined MDVIP, I realize the importance of treating the whole person and taking good care of myself. Paul is always encouraging and truthful. Yes, my weight is not where I should maintain it---still a bit of a yo-yo, but I hear his wise words in my head and am becoming more mindful.
