Going Above and Beyond

Both my wife and I have separately needed, upon Dr. Chavan's advice, to go to the emergency room of the hospital. In both cases, Dr Chavan called ahead to alert the emergency room staff of our coming and her concerns about our issues. During treatment in the emergency room, Dr. Chavan called to talk to the attending physician to check on our status. One of these calls was made well after midnight. After hospital release, Dr. Chavan followed up with each of us to check on our status. She did not need to talk to the emergency room, but she did it.

Dr. Chavan is a very caring person. She listens very carefully, and we feel that she truly cares about us and about helping us to be proactive in keeping us healthy. We think the world of her!
