Gentle Nudges

I think of Dr. Handelman as a very good Dr & a parent type of advice even though I’m much older than he is. He often has suggestions that make me rethink what vitamins or medications that I am taking from a previous Dr & that maybe I don’t need them or can cut back on them by my bloodwork results.He has been right & I really value his opinion. As a result I have been feeling much better physically & mentally.
Sometimes less is more, a valuable life lesson.
