Front Desk Staff Member Appreciation

My wife and I have been patients of Dr. Scott Hammer in Milford, DE for over 10 years. First impressions are always very important. To many of Dr. Hammers patients this is given with a smile by Kandace Rowe, a long time staff member who is the perfect person for this position. From your first visit on you know you are being cared for by a professional. She is attentive to your needs for scheduling around your time and date requirements and providing you with needed reports and documents. Recently when my wife and I attempted to set up our patient portals we had a problem because we share an email address. I contacted Kandace who patiently walked me through the process to do this so we would not have to create another address just to get our reports. May every business be fortunate enough to have someone like Kandace at their front desk.
