A Friendly Face

Dr. Rheinfelder is one of the friendliest and smartest people I've encountered. As a doctor, she makes me feel comfortable enough that I can ask any question. I always get an answer I can understand. She is compassionate and is truly interested in my well being. I get my prescriptions on time and get an appointment in good time. Her staff is friendly and caring as well and that is important to me. A few years back, I felt that one of her staff was not very compassionate and was being rude. On another visit, I asked for another to assist me and they complied. A few months later I was told that assistant was dismissed as others complained. Its unfortunate these things happen but it proves that the atmosphere of the office was important and it was addressed. In my many years of going to her practice, that was the only instance where I was not treated with respect or felt uneasy. I am very grateful to have Dr. Rheinfelder and her staff in my life. I wish nothing but good things for them all.
