a fortunate old thing

I recently experienced a fall on the cement floor in the garage. Standing erect from the floor is a challenge at best and in the garage the pull-up spots are few and far between. Suffice it to say the event ended up in a trip to Urgent Care in my community hospital--their recommendation? See my primary physician. Dr Landry made time for me the very next day and I came home with all the meds required to repair the damage done. He has always managed an appointment no later than 24 hours, a comfort for someone facing a 94th birthday. Hooray for Dr Landry and MDVIP.
