Dr Kagan is outstanding. He is so kind, he listens and explains things thoroughly. When I want to contact him, he responds quickly. My husband has multiple medical problems. When he asked if he could become one of Dr Kagan's patients, Dr Kagan asked if we could be at the office in 30 minutes!!! He has taken excellent care of him and when he felt he needed to see a specialist, the other doctors physicians were wonderful.
