Like Family

I had organizational problems with other front offices scheduling surgery I needed for my infected sinus. I had been dealing with the problem for a full calendar-year but doctor Gil and his office provided the organization that different hospital departments required for me to have the fourth and final procedure. It was persistence that only a family member would be likely to provide. When you are going through illness, you are feeling vulnerable and frustrated. Dr.Gil and his staff provided the support when I was tired of dealing with the mechanics of healthcare and got it done. Great care was again provided. Strive for optimal care, but it was consistently more than that.
