Extraordinary out of town help!

I was out of town on a business trip that was expected to last four days; it ended up being two weeks! I hadn't brought enough medication for that long a time so I did something I had always been hesitant to do before, and that was calling Dr. Steven Shell's mobile phone. He immediately went to his office, sent in the prescription to a local pharmacy, and I was able to pick it up the same day.
It couldn't possibly have been convenient for him to interrupt his day and make the trek into the office, but he did so without hesitation and never made me feel that I was inconveniencing him. When I apologized for disturbing him, his response was that that's what he was there for.
