Feeling good about yourself regarding health and exercise I attribute to our MDVIP doctor. It’s the awareness factor presented about improving our health that starts the journey.
I’ve been retired 15 years and have good health but I’ve developed over a lifetime medical maintenance issues that are part of life. So I set aside five days a week a brisk two mile walk. No it’s not always five days a week but close. Where we live has hills that is an average challenge and it gets easier over time. The end result is tsking in our surroundings and enjoying the seasons as they change. And stopping to chat occasionally with a neigh hood friend.
So this type of exercise is rewarding and more importantly feeling good about yourself
