I’ve always worked out and it makes me feel so much better afterwards. As I grow older I spend most of my time on the elyptical. My goals are to get my heart rate over 130 for at least 15-30 minutes. I lift light weights after just to keep some muscle mass. It’s part of my life and I believe it helps in all areas. Also helps me not to gain weight. I have issues with that as well. Just try not to over due it because injuries are a real bummer and set back. I hope this helps someone.
