Exceptional Service by Colby Grossman MD

I'm am a patient of Dr. Colby Grossman in Summerville, South Carolina. While traveling in Portugal last October I had an accident and needed a few stitches to close the wound. Unsure about seeking medical care in an unfamiliar country I was hesitant to go to an emergency room but I shouldn't have worried, I was in excellent hands. The doctor on duty spoke English well and made me feel comfortable. I reached out to Dr. Grossman via text and he called back immediately to speak with me and the physican treating me. They were able to discuss my medical history, determine when I had last received a tetanus shot and I was stitched and on my way in 60 minutes. The doctor in Portugal and his nurse were stunned that I not only reached my doctor on a Sunday morning at 7:30 AM Eastern Standard Time but that he responded so quickly and helped with my care. Dr. Grossman always gives the absolute best care to his patients and I am very thankful to be part of his practice. I am his MDVIP patient for life!
