Exceptional Service and Support

My early physical was scheduled right after my father's passing in February 2022. Dr. Ronan and I had a special bond where we would exchange stories about our parents, especially our dads. During my visits, Dr. Ronan would offer helpful tips and suggestions for my 81-year-old father, who had always been relatively healthy for his age. However, on this particular visit, I couldn't hold back my tears and cried throughout the entire appointment. Dr. Ronan patiently listened, offering me his undivided attention. When I finally composed myself, he looked at me and said, "This visit is on me," waiving my co-pay. It may not seem like a grand gesture, but to me, it meant the world. Sometimes, in times of grief, all we need is someone to listen and understand our love for our loved ones. Dr. Ronan's act of compassion was more than enough for me.
