Exceptional Care by Dr. Peter Zeale

Since Dr. Zeale became my primary care doctor in the fall of 2018, I have been extremely impressed by his professionalism, knowledge, follow-up and care. I don't have one incident to relate or describe since there have been a series of interactions that have demonstrated his dedication and concern for me as a patient. In all interactions, in person, by phone or email, he is very professional and courteous, including being respectful of my time. He is very thorough in relating possible treatment options for possible test outcomes. Follow-up after tests results have been received is extremely prompt, with a phone often the same day test results are submitted. His memory of my prior medical issues and/or tests is excellent, even without references to my medical files. All referrals he has made for specialists to address specific medical problems have been excellent. In short, after moving from Maryland where I had a primary care physician who was very good, I was worried about finding one in New York who would provide the same level of care. Happily, I was referred to Dr. Zeale by my husband who transitioned to him after our move. I couldn’t be more satisfied with signing up to Dr. Zeale’s practice. He is the kind of primary care doctor I wish everyone could have, and I am remiss in not thanking him enough and complimenting him on his exceptional care.
