Excellent care for over 30 yrs.

Dr. James Harkins has been my physician for over 30yrs. So when the opportunity arose to follow him in joining MDVIP, it was an easy decision. Dr. Harkins is the most caring and compassionate practitioner. He is a wonderful diagnostician and when coupled with his experience, it puts him in a category of excellence. He is truly wonderful.
