Excellence.... thank you.

Just met my oncology radiologist. For perspective I'm 81 years young, so I have had many interchanges with individuals, doctors and otherwise. Some care, some are good communicators and some put together an excellent experience.
When you have cancer, you want someone who gets it. Dr. Stephen Greco is that doc.
He gave the absolute best explanation of what is going on in my prostate and the options to treat it...... in fact it was the best overall communication I have had with a doctor in my still fertile life.
Thank you Dr. Greco for a great visit.
I might add the nurse was also an excellent experience.
I will go one step further saying that most of the people associated with the John Hopkins universe have been excellent.
To be balanced, your telephone system stinks. It takes way too long to get to the desired destination. Why must there be a univesal central call in appointment number? Nice people when they answer, but it takes way to long.
