MDVIP is a model of excellence. The American healthcare system has undergone a series of changes that have often made it difficult to have an optimal working relationship with your PCP. This incredible impediment has been eliminated from their system. I have been Dr. Steven Hoshiwara’s patient for many years, formally in a non concierge system. When the opportunity arose to transition to the concierge model I did not hesitate to follow where my incredible PCP chose to practice. He has excellent judgement and would only affiliate with a top notch system and indeed he has. I wish every patient could have an MDVIP physician.
