The service that Dr. Velasquez provides by being an MDVIP Physician is invaluable. With all of the changes that are constantly happening with my medical insurance coverage and the numerous referrals to specialist to deal with my various medical issues, having Dr. Velasquez and his staff coordinate everything has been invaluable.
Before utilizing MDVIP services, I would literally spend hours on hold in trying to get my insurance company to give me answer -where now, Dr. Velasquez and his staff coordinate everything and when I am sick, he and his staff have always seen me that day.
