Dr. Toler has been an absolute blessing to me. After floating from doctor to doctor for years, frustrated with the lack of care and the time spent listening to me (about 5 seconds and without eye contact) an acquaintance recommended Dr. Toler. I remember my first visit with her. As we talked and talked, I kept thinking, Doesn't she need to move on to someone else? She's practically heard my life story! You'd think spending that much time with a patient would result in long wait times, but that isn't the case either. I am always taken into the office within 5 minutes and usually less than 5 minutes waiting in the exam, room, too. Also, when something comes up and I need to get in right away, they make it happen. The morning I called the office after finding a lump in my breast, they promised to call me right back, and DID. Before I knew it I had an appointment with the center where a mammogram was performed. All quickly and efficiently - the staff and Dr. Toler being conscientious of the stress that comes with waiting on something like that. I was seeing Dr. Toler before she joined MDVIP, and can honestly say she was providing the quality of service that made me feel like a VIP even then. It's unbelievably comforting to have a doctor who cares, especially as we age.
