I feel safer knowing I can reach you for an emergency When I had my car accident, totaling my car, you went above and beyond caring for me. You helped me deal with the aftermath, reassuring me I would be alright, checking on me as I recovered. You have no idea how much peace of mind this gave me. Your patience in answering my questions thoroughly, often giving me printed matter that I do save so I can refer back to them when I have a question.
