For Dr Steven Yang

My annual wellness physical was scheduled for 17 November 2023 with Doctor Steven Yang. In addition to all the regular things that are always done, questions asked and answered and all the time I would need always given, Dr Yang took notice of my left calf which was quite swollen and tight. Told him I had sprained my ankle and fractured a small bone in my heel two months ago and the swelling hadn't cleared up. He said that it was not swelling from the sprain but probably a blood clot and I needed to have an ultrasound ASAP. Inasmuch as I was leaving for FL on the 20th I was reluctant to do this and said I would do it in FL. It was around 10:30, he left the office, came back and said " I've made an appointment for you at 3:30." Ultrasound showed I did in fact have a blood clot in lower part of calf. He prescribed Xeralto for three months. He is absolutely the most caring physician and I am Blessed to have been referred to him in 2003.
