There have been several occasions which he was not locally available, but was available via cell phone and took the call without regard of how it affected his personal life, it was a patient who needed his SERVICE, and he RESPONDED accordingly, there again AVAILABILITY. In the advancement of medicines, tests, units to diagnose problems, and identifying ailments, these are all wonderful, but these are just tools which give information to a person, but what, where, and when to use the correct tool, takes a SKILLED doctor not only to use. but to interpret these findings and make the correct diagnosis and treatment, giving us KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE.
