Dr Steve Lampinen Cares

Dr Lampinen & his staff are always responsive whenever I have an issue. The incident that convinced me that paying the concierge fee to keep him as my provider was well worth it happened a few years ago. I had a leg infection & since he was on a European vacation & I could not immediately reach him by phone. Hie staff sent him pictures of my leg infection & as soon as he had phone service, he called me with advice & ordered the medications needed. I was impressed with the level of service I get from him & his staff. He only refers me to the best specialists in the area. Every specialist he referred me to - orthopedic doctor, hand specialist, cardiologist & physical therapist have been top notch. Nevada has a reputation of having poor medical services, but thanks to Dr Lampinen, my experience is far superior to the doctors I have been to in California.
