Dr. Reed and his staff have consistently provided superlative service, an excellence that I'd first experienced with his now retired predecessor, Dr. Kim Scott. I get an emailed summary. of my visits. He patiently explains complex conditions understandably. He listens well and somehow sorts through my words and symptoms to provide carefully considered recommendations. He goes above and beyond. He or his office always responds when I have rare non-office-hour urgencies. If I leave him a voicemail he or Nurses Lisa or Nomee invariably responded 100% of such times. Every visit is followed up with He listens intently. This is a tremendous comfort since I travel quite often. I feel extremely fortunate to have him in my corner.
