Dr. Sims is an outstanding physician and a great person. We are long time patients who rely on his expertise, support, and good judgment. Although we’ve always had good access to him, through online portals and office visits, MDVIP membership has improved our access tremendously. It’s so comforting to be able to speak to him directly on specific issues. We don’t use this ability unnecessarily. But there are moments when we need his direct advice quickly. He is always available through his dedicated phone.
