Dr. Shinder is amazing!

Growing up with a parent who was a physician, It wasnt until I got married and moved away that I learned to appreciate having a doctor who, as the saying goes: Had my back. I no longer had a doctor who cared for me; for my wellbeing - and not for the lack of trying.

It wasnt until circumstances led my husband and me to leave our then primary care physicians practice and to actually explore the concept of a Concierge Dr. that our path led us to Dr. Stacey Pollak Shinders office.

We were truly fortunate that she was accepting new patients at the time. Probably one of the best moves we ever made was signing on as her patients!

Dr. Shinder is amazing! Finally, I again feel that I/we are covered medically! She is someone who cares! She is available to answer questions. She is very competent medically; her follow-through is meticulous, and thorough. Her diagnoses have always been correct. Frankly, and unlike any/most of our previous physicians, I no longer feel like my doctor is being dictated to by some insurance clerk as to how many minutes she can devote to each patient; she never has one foot out the door, as other physicians seemed to. All too often at other practices, the doctor rushes in and out of examining rooms; always the next patient was waiting I often wondered whether the doctor even knew my name without my chart in front of him

Not so at Dr. Stacey Sinders practice! Healing takes place under her care! Better yet: prevention is practiced here! (What a concept!) Her referred consulting physicians and specialists are always top notch! Her staff is efficient and professional. Whether we need a prescription refill or have a medical issue, our concerns are always taken care of efficiently, and immediately.

From the moment we met her, we knew that our search for a primary care physician was over! My husband needed a medical procedure, and the specialist who was recommended to us was not available to see him for months, let alone schedule it. Upon hearing the tale, Dr. Shinder excused herself to make a short phone call. We had an appointment for the next day! Once he had the procedure, Dr. Shinder was there for him and me! She visited him daily in the hospital, and followed up on all fronts. When he was recently challenged by other medical issues, Dr. Shinder was there; is there on all fronts!

Dr. Shinder manages her patients efficiently and warmly, and this patient loves her!
