Dr Ruth L. Eckert tells us the benefits of exercise. I agree! Exercise clears my stress and keeps me flexible and feeling good at 77. For 45 years I have been jogging only ONE MILE five times a week (takes 10 mins.) plus doing stretches and climbing steps for total exercise time of 30 mins.
