I have been with Dr. Janet Robertson for close to 25 years. From the moment I first met Dr. Robertson, I knew in my heart she was the right person to have in my live. She has a way about her that always made me feel that she was there for me. Whenever I needed to see her, she made me feel that my time was valuable and she was going to do all that she could do to make me feel better. She always took the time to hear everything I needed to talk about without me feeling rushed or unimportant. I was so happy to have finally found a female doctor who understood what I was going through. When talking to her about anything I never felt alone in those experiences. I always felt she really cared and respected my fears and worries. When my session was over she always made sure I was satisfied with our meeting before I would leave. Dr. Robertson is more than just a doctor. She is a caregiver. I truly feel her to be a friend l in every sense of the word. She works tirelessly in seeking out answers to satisfy not only me the patient but also for herself. She has never hesitated in letting me know that if she didn't have the adequate answers she was going to get opinions from her fellow colleagues.I really respect Dr. Robertson. She is truly a professional in her profession. She does her job exceedingly well. Her bedside manner is just what a person like myself thrives for. Without having someone like her in my live my life would have many doubts about the importance of my well being. She has helped to contribute to the person I am today. She has extended her professional expertise to all my family members. That's how much I love and truly appreciate Dr. Robertson. The staff she has assisting her all run a tight ship. Every member in her office no matter how hectic it can get---- they always grace you with a smile. Joan always, always takes her time with making sure all the office matters are handled with thorough detail. I wouldn't be anywhere else but with Dr. Janet Robertson.
