Dr. Robert Bevis - Watson Clinic, Lakeland, FL

I am writing to tell you about my good doctor; I have been his patient for thirty plus years and feel very fortunate to be his patient. Dr. Robert Bevis always makes me feel like I am the only patient he has for the day. I never feel rushed out the door, and he truly takes the time to listen to my issues and concerns. When you find out he’s a great doctor; is when something happens, and you wind up in the hospital. You’re scared and feel helpless, only to wake up and find him standing at the foot of your hospital bed. When that happened to me, he took charge of my care, and I immediately felt reassured that everything was going to be alright. He has a quiet, calm manner, but he is effective in getting exactly what his patient needs at the time. Whether it’s tests or referrals to a specialist; he makes is happen, and before you know it, he’s has you back on your feet again. Because several of us in the office see Dr. Bevis; we often say, “What would Dr. Bevis tell us to do” and we have to admit, it’s always steady and sound advice. The biggest fear I now have, is worrying that Dr. Bevis will someday retire, I don’t even like to contemplate it. I have numerous friends and acquaintances that have the good fortune to have Dr. Bevis, and we all feel the same way about him. Thank you for letting me share my story about Dr. Bevis.
