Dr. Rob, I appreciate so much your professionalism and your tendency to tell it like it is, whether or not it is what I want to hear. I am also very thankful that you are more than willing to go the extra mile, for example, stopping at our retirement home to check on us when we need your care. Your bed-side manner is very comforting to both of us. Thank you--and thanks to Puddy too!
