Dr. Ramsbottom's supportive coordination made the difference

Last year when we were on vacation in the mountains of N. Carolina, my husband was rushed to the hospital for respiratory problems. The very attentive doctor at the hospital contacted Dr. Ramsbottom immediately and was able to coordinate the care based on Dr. Ramsbottom's input of my husband's health history. Between the two of them, the hospital care moved forward attentively, and we were able to work out a smooth transition from the care of the hospital to arriving back home safely and continued care with Dr. Ramsbottom. Having the ability to reach Dr. Ramsbottom in such short notice on a regular basis while we were away made a big difference in the coordinated care and in the confidence we had that it would be followed up as soon as we returned home. Thankfully, my husband's care included an additional specialist recommended by Dr. Ramsbottom who has helped to put our minds at ease with his diagnosis and continued care. It's wonderful to know that regardless of where we are, Dr. Ramsbottom is always on call to offer his assistance, advice, and coordination of care.
