Dr. Rai is like family. He has genuine concern for our health and well being and makes it known that he is always available for us. We don't like to call him after hours, but when necessary we do and he never makes us feel like we are bothering him. He has even called us on a weekend to check on us. I think the best thing is that my 19 year old daughter feels like she can be honest with him and have an open conversation. She went to see him recently and her boyfriend was with her. After the visit, her boyfrien told her that he couldn't believe the conversation that she just had with her Dr. She just said, Who, Dr. Rai?, he's family. All of my kids feel that way and that to me is a BIG deal. In order to get good quality medical treatment you have to be open and honest with your Dr. and you always need to communicate. Dr. Rai makes that very easy.
