I haven't had any major issues and hope I never do, but I know that I can trust Dr. Purpura always to help me through it emotionally and professionally. Apart from his MD, he is also certified in the following skills:
Being a good listener
Lots of patience - especially with me
Caring attitude
Understanding of patients to know when the need for a little humor might help to relax a nervous patient
