Dr. Pratt and Annie are AMAZING!- I first met Dr. Pratt professionally as a hospice nurse, I had one of his patients on service. The care and attention he provided was beyond compare. As my mothers health deteriorated and she required more care, Dr Pratt was my choice. She has been with him for almost 2 years now and we could not be happier! We appreciate everything he does!
