Dr. Poliak is the BEST

Dr. Poliak is the most knowledgeable, thorough, kind, and compassionate internist ever! Through his expertise and patience, he has helped me to be in the best of health. My migraines are almost nonexistent. My propensity to contract frequent bronchitis and pneumonia has also been significantly reduced through his careful management and coordination with me. I feel as if we are a team because he is never overbearing or insistent on a course of action but rather he suggests, explains his reasoning, and allows me to choose. He has always proven to be accurate in those recommendations. As a result I have the utmost trust in him. Dr. Poliak is extremely responsive when I contact him. I feel VERY well cared for and secure in knowing that he is just an email or phone call away, and that he knows me and remembers my medical history. He is always pleasant, never rushes me, and makes me feel that my health is very important to him. Thank you, Dr. Poliak, for being my doctor and my teammate.
