Dr. Pearson saved my life!
Dr. Pearson has been my doctor for over 10 years. She knows me & my family very well. This past summer (maybe earlier) I started to feel not myself health wise. She was monitoring me and when I had my annual physical in January my blood work showed that I was very anemic. She immediately called me and told me I needed a colonoscopy and an endoscopy to see where I was bleeding. I immediately jumped on seeing a Gastrologist. I got an appointment asap and they found a large mass in my ascending colon which looked most likely it was cancerous. We immediately contacted a colon & rectal specialists that we had used before. She immediately jump on my situation. That day I had a CT scan which came back negative for cancer in my chest or kidneys. Four days later I was operated on and they removed my ascending colon. I have recovered spectacularly because I was in great physical shape. My pathology from the colon surgery showed that none of the 29 (my husband says 39) lymph nodes were not cancerous. The only cancer was the large mass. Things could have been much worse and I attribute the success and my life to Dr. Pearson. Thank you again Dr. Pearson.
