Dr. Patton is always there when I need her
I have been a patient of Dr. Patton's for close to 25 years. A couple of years ago, my husband and I went on vacation to Seattle, Washington to see our newest grandchild. While we were there, my husband had a catastrophic medical event that resulted in multiple organ failure, it was hour to hour for a few days and he was in a coma for 2 weeks until he stabilized enough for us to fly home in an air ambulance. While he was in the hospital there, I had a kidney stone issue and wound up in the ER myself in the same hospital. What stands out the most to me during that time was that I was able to call Dr. Patton and talk to her to ask her questions or advice about my issue but she was also there to talk to me about my concerns for my husband. Being thousands of miles from home, it was so reassuring to have someone there for us. She was available anytime i called her, even late at night. It is so reassuring knowing that I can reach out to her and she will be there. She has shown how dedicated she is to her patients over and over again.
