Dr. Newmans care during my husband’s battle with ALS

My late husband, Gary Reeves, was diagnosed with ALS, but Dr. Danny was so understanding and supportive both to my husband and myself. I know it couldn’t have been easy for him to watch someone you have treated for years to slowly watch Gary waste away from the person he was to someone who ended up in a wheelchair until the day he passed away. After Gary passed away he has been so caring and compassionate in treating me—Gary’s widow. He’s been a sounding board and someone who actually listens not only to me, but he’s the same with all of his patients—-that is a quality that not all doctors give to their patients. May God bless him as he continues to be the kind of person that anyone would want to be taking care of them.
