Dr. Neibaur, is an amazing man, physician and friend. He was my late husband's medical partner in Concierge Care Physicians. After Bill's sudden death from a heart attack in 2014, he has been there whenever I've needed him, I feel more like he's part of my family than just my Dr. He handled so much with the transition of the practice, finding a wonderful Dr. who would take good care of Bill's patients, he helped me in dealing with many of the business items that needed to be taken care of, all in all he just a wonderful human being that I appreciate so much!
