Dr. Michael Johnson, Providence, RI

I have been going to Dr. Johnson for years. We can communicate with each other very well. He listens closely to my concerns and suggestions and doesn't criticize me for my limited knowledge of medical decisions. We can discuss my health without him playing the "Who's the doctor here, me or you?" card. I am a Jehovah's Witness and do not accept blood transfusions. and Dr Johnson respects that. He has never made a big deal out of this issue like some other doctors might have. When I see him for my appointments, he is always thorough and doesn't rush me out the door. Not many doctors do that anymore, and I really appreciate that. My experience with him is always enjoyable, and I feel good when I go home, because the experience is very satisfying. As long as I can afford the bill for his expertise, I will remain his patient. Don' want to lose him as my doctor! Not too many doctors out there who are kind and considerate like the good old days. This is a really big deal to me.
