Dr. Michael Crawford is by far the best and most attentive doctor I have ever been to. He never rushes me when I am in his office and he hears everything I say and responds to each and every question I ask, even it it doesn't necessarily pertain to medicine. He also counsels me about things I need as if he were a mental health specialist. I can talk to both he and his wife, Carolyn, like they are my brother and sister and I trust both of them with anything they say or suggest concerning my health. Any time I need help, all I have to do is call his office and I can get it in just a few minutes or get an appointment in hours. I rarely have to sit in the waiting room more than five minutes. I rarely have to wait more than a short few hours for a return call on their busiest day and I can always reach him after hours immediately. He has helped me more than all the other doctors combined in the 10 years I have gone to him. Paying the MDVIP annual fee is so worth it to me and to my husband, although we can't afford it for my husband to remain Dr. Crawford's patient, but he will answer questions for him.
Dr. Crawford is extremely patient, gentle, kind and professional at all times and I love him like he was part of my family. His wife and office staff are always the same way and I always feel loved and cared for when I am in his office. I would recommend him to anybody and I have for a decade! I thank God for him and Carolyn every day.
