Dr Mayy Deadrick is my doctor, confidant and friend

Dr. Deadrick started out as my mother’s doctor and has since become my daughter’s and mine and my husbands. She has celebrated our family’s happy moments and shared our sad, difficult ones. She is a special woman and I really understand her decision to join MDVIP...it is such a good fit for her and she for it! I can imagine it was almost impossible for her to work as a primary care doctor for a standard practice...in fact, she never stuck to the typical time limits for office visits; she stayed with each of us as long as necessary. I wasn’t surprised, after I learned about MDVIP, that she felt the pull to leave her old practice and become a ‘concierge physician.’ In the current medical environment, it was her only opportunity to practice medicine as she wanted and needed to. It is regrettable that concierge medicine is not standard practice and that the people who need it the most find it the hardest to afford. I don’t take my situation for granted and feel I receive the best medical care by the best doctor by joining her practice. I could go on and on with regard to my admiration for Dr. Deadrick but suffice to say that I hope I will never have to find another doctor.
