Dr. Marland is an avid listener, easy conversationalist, understanding, kind, excellent internist and pulmonary specialist. I feel extremely relaxed whenever I have an appointment with him. His knowlege of medicine far exceeds my expectations. He is constantly looking up the lastest, ever changing government regulated medications to find out if they have been FDA approved and which ones will work best with my health problems. He spends a hour+ with me on each visit and answers my questions, no matter how trivial. I have never experienced such a type of medical doctor and I hope Dr. Marland retires many years from 2017! His assistant and nurse, Arlene, is an exceptional, knowledgeable, professional, friendly hands on person and an asset to Dr. Marland's practice. I could not be happier since I was referred to them two years ago.
