Dr. Maleh personifies the best of that positive impact on a patient's life,
Over the last 10 years or so, as I took on more of a role in my aging parents' care, I discovered that there appeared to be two distinct attitudes in the medical profession about elderly patients: one that seemed to feel that oh well, they had lived a good, long life and what did they expect? How long did they think they were going to live?; in contrast, was a different kind of person, with a spirit of wanting to do everything possible to help the person live as well as can be for as long as possible, extending a life of quality.
To me, Dr. Maleh personifies the best of that positive impact on a patient's life, whatever the age! I saw it first-hand with his care of my father until his death at age 93, and I am witnessing it now as he treats my 84 year old mother. My heartfelt thanks -
I also look forward to his partnering with me as I hope to live a long, happy and healthy rest of my days.
