My annual physical was thorough. Once all the test information was back, we sat down and reviewed it all in detail and I was given a folder with certain key focus items highlighted. I was encouraged to take notes and given information on things like blood sugar to review. I understood that I needed to change some habits and he suggested clear follow up timelines and plan. I highly recommend their practice.
He's available and it's not just him, it's his office with Pam, Laurie, Maria and Joanne who make all the difference.
