Dr. Laura Babe is the BEST!!!

I've been going to Dr. Babe since moving back to Michigan in 2010! She gets me! That's my physical and mental needs.
I just celebrated six years with a new Aortic Valve. During a regular check-up, she recognized something was wrong. For 62 years, no doctor recognized I had a bicusped valve. Dr. Babe sent me to get a diagnosis. Although there were complications, ECMO and a LOT of care, I'm here to share my abbreviated story.
Dr. Babe also appreciates my sense of humor. Last year, I was watching television and saw an abundance of drug ads that told the viewers to talk to their physician about the drug. Although I really didn't need any of the drugs, she got a good laugh when I presented her with a list of about 35 drugs I was supposed to ask about.
As a University of Michigan grad (I believe first in her class), she represents the Block M exceptionally well!
