Dr. Kennedy Sbat
I am currently recovering from Influenza Type A, pneumonia and a heart attack. I was in the hospital for two weeks over Christmas and into the New Year. I am not quite 100 percent, but everyday is getting better. Part of my recovery has to do with the great care I receive from Dr. Sbat and his terrific staff, along with my cardiologist. I first hooked up with Dr. Sbat about two years ago. I had finished my hospitalization for Covid pneumonia and was still in rough shape. Dr. Sbat came highly recommended and I felt I needed someone with his professional background to improve upon my situation. I have not been disappointed. I always feel that Dr. Sbat truly cares about his patients and has their backs. For example, during my last hospital stay, Dr. and I were in contact almost every day exchanging updates, care suggestions, etc. Additionally, Dr. Sbat was in contact with my doctors during my stay, which gave me great comfort. I have a few healthcare challenges. Chief among them - my lungs. I am also struggling with my weight and, subsequently, diabetes. Because of his background, Dr. Sbat brings several specialties to bear. As a result, I have an integrated approach to my healthcare, which is incredibly helpful. And because of his positive attitude, I cannot help but feel that we will beat or mitigate some of the issues I have. Because of my positive experience with Dr. Sbat, my wife also joined the practice. Not surprisingly, Dr. Sbat has helped her with two medical issues that others seemed unwilling to pursue. My wife is so much better off today due to the care provided by Dr. Sbat. I also want to acknowledge Dr. Sbat’s staff -Amy and Karen. Amy is the medical assistant and Karen is the office manager. Both of them make the office hum. They’re great with clients and are the perfect complement to Dr. Sbat. There is so much more I could share, but I think I’ve covered my main points. While not milestone specific, I think you get the general idea of just how important Dr. Sbat is to me and my wife. I’m sure most of his other patients feel the same way. Please feel to contact me if you have any questions or require further elaboration.
