Dr. Kaplan ,literally, is a phone call away. In his mild manner, he responds immediately and is on top of the situation . My health is his first concern and he wants to make sure I am we'll taken care of.
I must also comment on Jen, his secretary. She is the best. No matter how busy,she makes time to take care of you.
